999ab Terms and Conditions – Complete Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

01 General Rules and Eligibility

The 999ab platform is available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 999ab does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming or sports betting is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent or close family member of any employee of 999ab or its affiliated companies.
• You have not been previously excluded from the 999ab platform, either voluntarily or as a result of a breach of these Terms.

By using 999ab, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose any funds you deposit. 999ab is a platform for entertainment purposes and is not a financial investment vehicle.

02 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the 999ab platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using alternative names, email addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. Winnings accumulated on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information current and may update it by contacting our support team at any time.

• Registration is free and requires no initial deposit.
• You must choose a strong password and keep it confidential. You must not share your account credentials with anyone.
• 999ab will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• You are responsible for all activity occurring on your account while logged in with your credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 999ab support immediately at support@999ab.click.

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

999ab operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. There is no currency conversion applied by 999ab.

Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT transfer, Visa/Mastercard (issued by Pakistani banks). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. 999ab does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• You must have completed the applicable wagering requirement on any bonus balance before a withdrawal request can be processed on bonus-related funds. Free balance (non-bonus deposits) can always be withdrawn without wagering requirements.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes of approval. Bank IBFT transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 17:00 PKT.
• VIP members at Platinum tier and above receive prioritised withdrawal processing. Diamond members receive instant manual processing.
• 999ab reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above Rs 5,00,000 in a single transaction or Rs 20,00,000 in a rolling 30-day period.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

999ab offers a range of promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general bonus rules:

• Welcome Bonus: Available to new players on their first deposit only. The bonus is credited to a separate bonus wallet and subject to a wagering requirement as specified in the welcome offer terms. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
• Wagering Requirements: Where a wagering requirement applies, it must be completed within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet the deadline results in the bonus balance being removed. Real-money deposits remain unaffected.
• VIP Cashback: Weekly cashback credited to VIP members carries no wagering requirement. It is real PKR available for immediate withdrawal once credited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to manipulate, exploit or abuse bonus terms — including through coordinated betting patterns, matched betting using free bets, or use of multiple accounts — constitutes bonus abuse. 999ab reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold bonus-derived winnings and close accounts in such cases.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active in your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while a previous one is active will result in the removal of the previous bonus balance.
• 999ab reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments to players who have already opted in.

05 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on the 999ab platform are governed by the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the platform:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement and confirmation. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the player except via the Cash Out function where available.
• Void Bets: If an event is cancelled, postponed (and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time) or declared void by 999ab, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's wallet.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted based on the score and match state at the time of placement. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during play. Bets placed and confirmed before suspension stand. Any bets placed after an event has concluded due to a data or display delay will be voided and stakes returned.
• Obvious Errors: If a market is priced in error — for example, due to a data feed issue resulting in clearly incorrect odds — 999ab reserves the right to void bets placed on that market. What constitutes an "obvious error" is determined at 999ab's reasonable discretion, and such decisions are final.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum single-bet and accumulator payouts are published in the Betting Odds section and may vary by sport and market. No single payout will exceed the stated maximum, regardless of the odds or stake.
• Accumulator Bets: Each leg of an accumulator must be from a different event. Same-event selections cannot be combined in a standard accumulator. If one leg of an accumulator is voided, the bet is recalculated as if that leg had not been included.
• Cricket-Specific: In a rain-affected match where the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method applies to set a revised target, all match markets will be settled based on the DLS result. Specific over-by-over markets covering overs not bowled will be voided.

06 Casino, Live Casino and Crash Games

All casino games available at 999ab — including jackpot slots, live dealer tables and crash games — are supplied by certified third-party game studios. The random number generators (RNG) governing these games are independently tested and certified for fairness by internationally recognised testing bodies.

• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a casino game, all bets and plays during the affected period will be voided and stakes returned. 999ab is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a genuine technical failure.
• Crash Games – Provably Fair: All crash game outcomes are generated using a verifiable provably-fair system. The seed for each round is published after the round ends and can be independently verified by any player.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game rules follow the standard published rules of the relevant table game (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, etc.) as displayed in the game interface. Dealer decisions are final and monitored by 999ab's live casino operations team.
• Progressive Jackpots: Progressive jackpot prizes are subject to verification before payment. 999ab reserves the right to delay payment of jackpot prizes above Rs 50,00,000 by up to 5 business days for verification purposes.
• Bonus funds wagered in certain casino game categories may contribute at a different rate towards bonus wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are published in individual bonus terms.

07 VIP Club Terms

Participation in the 999ab VIP Club is subject to the following terms in addition to the general VIP Club rules published on the VIP Club page:

• VIP tier status is calculated monthly based on loyalty points accumulated during the previous calendar month. Tiers are updated on the first day of each new month.
• 999ab reserves the right to adjust, suspend or terminate the VIP Club programme at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active VIP members.
• VIP benefits, including cashback rates, bet limits and account manager access, are only available while a player maintains the qualifying tier. Tier downgrade results in corresponding benefit adjustment.
• VIP cashback is credited on Mondays and applies to net losses from the preceding seven-day period. Cashback is credited as real PKR with no wagering requirement attached.
• Luxury gift programme items at Platinum and Diamond tier are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for PKR equivalent.
• Players who self-exclude from 999ab will be removed from the VIP Club for the duration of their exclusion period. VIP status and points accrued are not preserved during self-exclusion.

08 Account Suspension and Closure

999ab reserves the right to suspend or close any account, temporarily or permanently, in the following circumstances:

• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Opening or operating more than one account
• Suspected fraudulent activity, including chargebacks or unauthorised payment use
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of promotional terms
• Collusion, match-fixing or any attempt to manipulate bet outcomes
• Use of automated betting software, bots or any form of artificial intelligence for bet placement without prior written consent from 999ab
• Failure to complete required KYC verification
• At the player's own request for responsible gaming purposes

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, any bonus-derived funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned to the depositing payment method after all outstanding investigations are complete.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily for any reason may do so by contacting 999ab support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours and all eligible balances returned.

09 Responsible Gaming

999ab is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following player protection tools, all of which can be activated immediately from the account settings page:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit limits can be set at any level. Limit reductions take immediate effect. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous play session after which the platform will automatically log you out.
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum net losses per day, week or month across all products.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from the platform for between 24 hours and 30 days. During this period, you cannot log in, deposit or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the 999ab platform. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed and takes immediate effect.

999ab does not market its services to minors. Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 18 will be closed immediately and all funds returned to a verified adult guardian upon completion of verification procedures.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

999ab collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the 999ab platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, payment processing and improving the platform.
• 999ab does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, identity verification providers and licensing authorities as required by law.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data held about you, request corrections to inaccurate data and request deletion of data subject to regulatory retention requirements.
• All data is stored and transmitted using industry-standard encryption. 999ab conducts regular security audits of its data infrastructure.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 999ab platform — including but not limited to the 999ab brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, images and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 999ab. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any 999ab content without prior written permission
• Use any 999ab brand assets, marks or intellectual property for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise extract the source code of any 999ab software
• Use automated tools or scripts to scrape odds, game data or any other content from the 999ab platform

12 Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

999ab is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the platform
• Any interruption to service caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, infrastructure failures or government action
• Any loss resulting from a player's failure to keep account credentials secure
• Third-party payment provider fees, delays or errors outside of 999ab's direct control

Dispute Resolution: If you have a complaint about a bet outcome, account decision or any other matter, you must first contact 999ab support by email at support@999ab.click. 999ab will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the resolution offered, escalation procedures are available as described in the Complaints Policy published on the platform.

13 Amendments to These Terms

999ab reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 999ab will notify active players via the email address registered on their account, with a minimum of 14 days' notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of the 999ab platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. The date shown at the top of this page ("Last Updated") will always reflect the most recent revision. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the platform and may close your account before the changes take effect.

Changes required by law, licensing conditions or security considerations may take effect immediately without advance notice, though 999ab will inform players as promptly as practicable in such cases.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 999ab holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 999ab's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the licensing jurisdiction.

The English language version of these Terms and Conditions is the binding version in all cases. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English text.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect unaffected by such invalidity.
